This room is where the school age children spend their time playing, learning, exploring, and growing. This room is bigger then the rest because school age children are older and require more space to play and learn.

 

The walls feature motivational posters as well as posters to help with school work. On one of the walls is a fairytale inspired mural. 

 

There are 2 boards a notice board where the room teacher writes the days  plans and a job board where the children can find out what job they have for the day which helps teach responsibility. 

 

Along with many toys there are also school supplies, books, and items to make crafts. 

 

A large table and a smaller table is where the children do homework, crafts, and eat snack. 

 

A television for use during electronic time is also placed in this room along with cubbies for each child. 

 

The floor is tile for easy clean up with 2 smaller carpets for the kids to play on if they choose.
